We at IITM believe in providing hands- on experiences to our students because it is enriched with practical knowledge,  much required exposure in terms of real life experiences shared by professionals, academicians and other experts. Good teachers become great teachers by going beyond the call of duty and beyond the textbook. To do this, he or she must continue their education. By attending the workshops, faculty members can give that extra help in technology and management to their students.

Making an allowance for practical exposure is an inevitable aspect of a student’s overall growth and development with respect to subject understanding and related concepts. There are online workshops, and classes that students and teachers attend. These workshops provide an in-depth analysis of subjects and update the knowledge. These workshops are highly interactive sessions where the students can clear their doubts and get answers to their questions.
